Craig Goldenfarb is the founder of the Law Offices of Craig Goldenfarb, a personal injury law firm located in West Palm Beach, Florida, and specializes in car and truck accidents, premises liability, nursing home abuse, wrongful death and other injury claims.
Since he began practicing law in 1995, Mr. Goldenfarb has represented injured accident victims throughout the state of Florida. He is a member of several legal organizations including the American Association of Justice, Florida Bar Association, Martin County Bar Association, the Elder Law Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in all Florida State courts and the Southern and Middle Districts of the Federal court system. Mr. Goldenfarb is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has obtained an AV rating by Martindale Hubbell.
Raised near Tampa and a current resident of Palm Beach County, Craig Goldenfarb and his family are devoted and active members of the community. In addition to lecturing and frequently speaking to local organizations and other attorneys in order to raise awareness on a variety of topics, Mr. Goldenfarb also sponsors an annualPalm Beach County Bar Association Elder Law Seminar and sits on the Board of Directors of a local nursing home. As an avid athlete, he enjoys tennis, running , playing soccer and sponsors several local girls’ soccer teams.

Replied last September 23, 2022Although we appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback, your concerns fall under Section 90.502 of the 2022 Florida Statutes, titled Attorney-Client Privilege which was explained to your son, who signed our contracts for service. That said, Spencer Kuvin, our Chief Legal Officer, had an extensive call with your son, Ricardo, to explain the unfortunate issues in his case. The most frustrating thing sometimes is the law which was enacted by the Florida Legislature to benefit businesses and not their customers. Most people do not realize that a business is “not” generally responsible under the law when someone falls and is injured on their property. The Legislature passed Florida Statute sec. 768.0755 which states that if a person slips and falls on a substance in a business, it is the “injured person” who has to prove that the business knew of the substance and failed to take action to remedy the situation. This is incredibly unfair to an injured person who is understandably more focused on their injuries than on the Florida law. It is also unfair because the business is the one with all the information. If an injured person cannot prove their case, then the court can grant a Summary Judgment and basically kick the case out of court.
