In over 20 years of helping people through the tough process of a divorce, I've learned one thing. Every divorce, no matter how amicable, no matter how hard-fought, requires my client to make difficult decisions at a time when emotions make decision-making particularly hard. I take pride in how often clients thank me for bringing the clarity they need. I've made a lifelong habit of giving clients in family court what I know they want. Communicate at every stage, settle the case early and out of court if possible, go into court 100% prepared when going to court is necessary. I settle over 80% of my cases outside the courtroom but have built my reputation on the 20% that go to court. Whichever way it goes, my staff and I always remember what a difficult time divorce is and how important it is to the client to have close communication and contact.
