Best Lawyer I ever knew!
Mr. Valente and his staff are amazing! They fought a large insurance company, after my claim was basically denied, and because of their efforts and knowledge, I was able to receive the maximum settlement to which I was entitled. It was a pleasure working with him and his staff, and I would give him 10 stars, if I could! I will recommend this firm to everyone!!

Excellent service from this law firm. Very responsive to all inquiries. Settled our case in a timely fashion and got us reimbursed for all costs we paid out of pocket. Even offered to review future documents for us! Will definitely use again.

Best lawyer ever
I got into a car accident in May 2022, and the the case settled in September 2023. It was worth the wait because the outcome was spectacular, I recommend anyone who has been in a car accident to hire this amazing lawyer, I’m so happy and it would not have been possible without him!

Beyond Amazing
By the Grace if God, I found Phil Valente’s Law Firm. I was extremely nervous about the situation I had gotten myself into, and had no idea what I was going to do. Immediately when I called the law firm and spoke with Leila (his wonderful and kind paralegal), I was completely at ease. I felt like I was in good hands right away, and I was. Phil was so on top of things every step of the way. He knew what to do about absolutely everything. What a smart guy. I was amazed and thrilled that I found him. I can honestly say I would recommend him to anyone I care about. And if I ever need a lawyer in the future, I would be lucky to use him again.

Wonderful Experience - A True Professional
I was involved in an automobile injury and was referred by a close friend to the Valente Law Firm. I reached out to them immediately after the accident. Philip Valente quickly responded and helped me through reporting the police report and injury treatments. His firm kept tract of my medical bills and was able to secure money for me from my injury. Philip and his assistant were extremely understanding and professional throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has been injured in a car accident or any other accident where another party is at fault.

Professional, Caring, Creative and Genuine
It was when I was working as a defense counsel in a case opposite him where I first encountered Phil. Review of Mr. Philip Valente, Jr., Esq.
Mr. Valente took my case in June 2014, following my husband's sudden death. He worked diligently for over two years to protect me in my lawsuit against my late husband's partner, who believed that as heir to my husband (of 39 years), I had no interest in his 50% of the corporation. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Valente worked my case with ethical, knowledgeable, and professional practice. He won the trial for my case, but there is still more work to do. There is no question in my mind that Mr. Valente will continue to work to protect my interest and my future. I cannot thank him enough. Had Real tough Case in front of Real Tough Judge in Broward who Backstruck Mr Valente with Ridiculous Tactics. Expertly, Mr Valente turned this Red Light into a Green Light . He knows the right "Tickets" to handle the pressure Judges can Backstrike you with. Highly Recommend Phil.

Twice Mr. Valente has helped me with difficult situations. While I presenting a case at trial, Mr. Valente assisted me in dealing with a difficult Judge. Another time, Phil helped my client/friend who was in the grips of a scam artist. Each time, in a crisis, Phil was rock steady. Mr. Valente is a great lawyer.

Amazing results
Hired Mr Valente to deal with a very difficult collection matter. Debtor was a total sleaze. Results: Mr Valente collected twice the amount of that I originally loaned net of Hus fees. He is focused and gets amazing results for his clients.

I am am electrical contractor and had a client who refused to pay. Philip Valente sued the individual and won. They should have paid it cost her 20 times the original amount.
