Biography
Eric Falk is a trial lawyer dedicated to fighting for the rights of his clients. Eric was born and raised in Miami, Florida. After graduating from the University of Florida, he went on to attend law school at St. Thomas University in Miami.
For the past ten years, Eric Falk has personally represented clients who have been charged with misdemeanors and felonies through out the State of Florida. Eric’s main focus while defending his clients is to make sure that all of their rights under the law are protected and making sure they are afforded a fair trial.
Eric Falk is a member of the bar in the State of Florida and U.S. District Court, Middle District and Southern District of Florida, as well as the Dade County Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and is an EAGLE member of the Florida Justice Association.

Very professional and attentive
We hired Eric for a PI case and he handled it masterfully. He not only negotiated a nice settlement for our case, he settled with the lien put on by the health insurance company with a very reasonable amount. I'd strongly recommend his firm.
