Daniel Lucas Marshall

I needed a Divorce Lawyer. Upon meeting Mr. Marshall, he represented himself to me as specializing in Divorce, so I hired him... I would later learn, he did not. After a 30 year marriage, I trusted Mr. Marshall to know what he was doing as a representative for my best interest, but in the end, I sign...ed off on a Divorce Agreement that failed me. I lost the home I'd bought for myself, all the money I counted on coming in for years, and it absolutely destroyed the plans I had for the future. He made a terrible error, being simply wrong on the information he assured me was correct. I asked him repeatedly to check and double check his facts, but he did not, or I wouldn't be writing this now. He failed me completely, and I would never recommend this lawyer!
