Brittni Feldenkreis is an estate planning and probate attorney practicing in Florida. She has extensive experience administering decedents' estates, drafting and executing estate planning instruments including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care surrogates and living wills. Previously, she clerked at Long Island's second largest law firm and was an associate attorney for a prominent bankruptcy firm in New York where she started the firm's estate planning department.
Feldenkreis is admitted to practice law in Florida (2012) and New York (2009), and at the Federal level before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Her interest in motivating and helping others in the area of entrepreneurship, having appeared on Fox 29's Good Day Philadelphia, led to being a guest lecturer at University of Florida and being featured in several media outlets.

Quick Great Response
We had some issues with my mothers trust and transferring assets. Brittni was able to quickly analyze the documents and work with the bank, solving the issue in an extremely expeditious manner. Her fees were reasonable, I would recommend her to anyone.
