Kaysia Monica Earley

As a Christian attorney whose moral compass is grounded in faith and fellowship, Kaysia (pronounced Kay-see-ah) M. Earley is known for achieving exceptional results, and has gained the recognition and well-deserved reputation as a fierce litigator who fights for her clients’ fundamental rights. Founding attorney for Earley Law Firm, PLLC, she focuses on both criminal and civil litigation and is a strong advocate for her clients without trading in her Christian values.

Kaysia has practiced both as a government attorney and in the private sector. As a former Assistant Public Defender, Kaysia consistently delivered the best results for her clients throughout every stage of her representation: from investigations, to clerk's magistrate hearings, to trials, and probation hearings.

She effectively managed a caseload of 180–220 clients, through all phases of the judicial process. She has since served as first chair in over 80 jury and non-jury trials, ranging from first-degree felonies to misdemeanors, and won dismissals in over 220 other cases. She has also practiced in the juvenile division, where she developed a deep understanding of the practice of juvenile law.

During law school, Kaysia clerked for the Honorable Judge Andrew Siegel, of the 17th Judicial Circuit. Prior to attending law school, Kaysia gained extensive experience working as a paralegal specialist with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and various practice areas including, Intellectual Property, White Collar, Tax, Securities, and Patent Prosecution. Additionally, her experience as a congressional intern on Capitol Hill provided valuable insight in Politics and Law & Public Policy.

Kaysia was born in Bronx, New York and raised in Miami, Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at Howard University, Washington, DC, and Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law, Miami, FL. She is a member of the Broward County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Broward Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She is also an active lecturer at her church, local homeless shelters, detention centers, and universities, on topics relating to criminal law, trial practice, and oral presentation skills. She is a loving wife to her husband of 14 years, and the proud mother of four beautiful children.
