Best Lawyer

I was recently arrested as the result of a domestic violence incident that I myself reported to the police. Yep, I called the police about a person who was acting violently, but I was arrested for the violence! I’ve never been arrested before, and as 35-year old female, spending the night in jail ...was horrifying. I was able to bond out the next day, but I found the Public Defender’s Office to be totally unresponsive to my requests for information… I had many questions about the legal procedures and schedules, but could not get any answers. A friend referred me to Ms. Kaysia Earley of the Earley Law Firm, and I retained her services without delay. Ms. Earley immediately put me at ease regarding her role as my legal representative, and advised me of the legal filings, hearings, and depositions which would occur in the weeks ahead. While it was difficult for me to be patient and wait for the court process to work… while also dealing with my loss of a job, loss of income, and suspension of a State of Florida professional license due to the arrest (I guess “innocent until proven guilty” doesn’t apply in today’s business world)… Ms. Earley continued to counsel me and reassure me that her investigation was progressing and appeared to be fruitful. After several weeks of being an “arrestee” and a “defendant,” Ms. Earley’s efforts resulted in the charge being dismissed and my record being cleared. Ms. Earley found faults in the arrest procedure, as well as conflicts and false statements in the domestic violence complaint. I am now getting my life back on track, and I can’t thank Ms. Earley enough for her expertise, professionalism, empathy, and confidence that “my side of the story” was truthful and my arrest was made under false statements and poor police procedures. Thank you Ms. Kaysia Earley and the Earley Law Firm!

A champion in court

I hired Ms. Earley to represent me in a temp injunction case for domestic violence on behalf of my daughter my ex unjustifiably raised against me. I was bared from seeing my little girl for almost 3 weeks while the temp injunction was in effect. Ms. Earley took on my case and reassured me that everyt...hing was going to be okay after studying the case. At the hearing, Ms Earley really went to bat for me and made sure the judge stayed on course and followed the law. As a result, the judge denied my ex-wife's request and removed the injunction. In a country where Men and most importantly black honest men do not always get a fair shake with the court, it is refreshing to see Attorneys such as Ms. Earley stand for what is right regardless of gender. I have her on fast dial and 100% vouch for her.
