I was referred to Attorney Earley by a stranger regarding a case where I was struck by a vehicle while riding my bicycle. Two days after she was given my contact information I received a call from her amazing Paralegal assistant, Ms. Wasame Mercelin, on a late Friday evening. We spoke at length, I em...ailed her a number of photos I had taken of my injuries, and she immediately confirmed that I had a valid case. However, after about a week when I reiterated to Ms. Marcelin that I didn't only want to pursue a lawsuit against the driver's insurance company, but moreso, the Department of Transportation, due to the fact that I was forced to ride my bike across two lanes of oncoming traffic because the marked bicycle lane in which I was riding suddenly and without warning ended, she referred my case to another firm better equipped to handle such a case. She returned the documents I had given her the next day, had already sent electronic copies to the new firm, never billed me for her firm's services, and again within two days I was on a conference call with two attorneys from the new firm to discuss pertinent details. I cannot express how grateful I am not only that I was referred to Ms. Earley's firm and for the hard work and dedication of Ms. Marcelin, often contacting me late at night and on weekends, even while she was out of state, but that when they realized that my desire to bring the suit against the DOT was out of their wheelhouse, that they found a proper firm to pursue the case rather than leaving me hanging to seek one out on my own. In closing, although Ms. Earley's firm ended up not taking my case, if it weren't for their assistance, I would still be seeking an attorney to take on my case over four months after having had both of my tibias broken and surgically reconstructed with titanium rods and screws, spending three weeks in a hospital to the tune of nearly $110,000.00, causing me to need the use of a walker up until two weeks ago, being unable to work since the accident, and ending up in a homeless shelter. I don’t know of any other attorney who would have put in the time and effort to help someone out with absolutely no compensation whatsoever. I thank God for them and look forward to working with the firm to which they referred me. To anyone who is ever seeking justice, I doubt very much that you could ever find a more capable, diligent, and caring firm than Ms Earley's.

I was involved in a car accident and the at-fault driver denied liability. The city's street camera was not recording at the time and would have proved that I did not cause the accident.
