I was referred to Attorney Earley by a stranger regarding a case where I was struck by a vehicle while riding my bicycle. Two days after she was given my contact information I received a call from her amazing Paralegal assistant, Ms. Wasame Mercelin, on a late Friday evening. We spoke at length, I em...ailed her a number of photos I had taken of my injuries, and she immediately confirmed that I had a valid case. However, after about a week when I reiterated to Ms. Marcelin that I didn't only want to pursue a lawsuit against the driver's insurance company, but moreso, the Department of Transportation, due to the fact that I was forced to ride my bike across two lanes of oncoming traffic because the marked bicycle lane in which I was riding suddenly and without warning ended, she referred my case to another firm better equipped to handle such a case.
