Difficult estate

Mr. Hanley assisted me for two years in handling a very difficult and complex estate which was complicated by out-of-the-country beneficiaries. Mr. Hanley explained each step we had to take including involving an out-of-state attorney. Handled estate matters very well

Mr. Hanley handled the estate of my late brother for me. He was very knowledgable and professional. He explained the process clearly, was always available for questions, and his fees were very fair. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

A lawyer' lawyer Mr Hanley is top notch

I myself have been a lawyer for 27 years (in MA) but I do not do estate work. I needed a Florida lawyer to take care probate after the passing of my mother in law. I interviewed several lawyers and selected Mr. Hanley. He was fantastic! The qualities that best characterize him are: honest, knowle...dgable, seasoned, efficient and effective. Having met hundreds of lawyers in my many years of practice, I can honestly say that he rates at the very top. I recommend Mr. Hanley without any reservations.

I asked David Hanley to prepare a will, a power of attorney, and a living will for me. He patiently explained every step along the way, answered my questions clearly and concisely, and produced the documents quickly and accurately.
