Kevin M. Unger

I'm not going to mince words here, i've had a lot of speeding tickets, some I deserved, some I didn't, but when you have this many it becomes almost impossible to get off, but somehow Kevin Unger pulled it off, despite my record, no points, no driving school, no ticket cost! Ive tried other law firms... and did't get half as good results as with Kevin. he's worth his weight in gold! if you have a speeding ticket, it's simple, go to Unger and Kowitt and have them take care of it for you. I wouldn't try anyone else.

To keep a long story short I was written a nonsense ticket which stated that I was going 50mph in a 35mph zone. I felt that the officer was mistaken and either making it up to meet a quota or honestly thought that I was speeding. This was at four in the morning and raining so I would not have been sp...eeding a "dangerous" 15mph over the limit. Anyway... I called their office number via 954-370-9999 a few times to just ask some questions here and there. This was my first time hiring a lawyer for anything like this in Florida so I wanted to make sure I was not going to get scammed. After doing more research and seeing as how these two guys have mostly positive reviews I gave it a shot. I tried to download their app on my phone but that didn't work but they still honored their $5 discount. Anyway... They appeared in court about 15 minutes before the 11am hearing and had the charged dropped and the whole thing dismissed. What they did I am not sure. I am happy that they had my back and did their job. I am impressed by their work. The only small issue I had was that I had to call more than once to get someone to pick up the phone (but that's not a big deal) but once they were able to answer my calls all of my questions were quickly answered. I'm not sure how pricing works but from what I am reading... most places charge around $40-$60 for something minor like this. They charged me around $80 but I got a $5 discount so it was... well only $75 for their services. In my opinion... I am glad I paid $75 for these guys rather than $40-$60 from all the other places. They had everything dropped and I am very happy. Obviously I hope I don't get any other speeding tickets (have had two speeding tickets in the last 5+ years and I drive WAY more than most people do) but alas we can't control certain variables out there. States have to collect revenue somehow. (haha - weak attempt at a joke - I completely support law enforcement doing their job to prevent people from being stupid and racing on public roads - drive safe everyone) Thank you again Mr. Unger (lawyer) and Mr. Kowitt (lawyer) and Miss Escobar (assistant/emails/calls??) for your help and good work. I hope business is good for you guys and I hope you keep saving people from these nonsense minor speeding tickets. All the best!!!
