I got in a horrible accident on the turnpike due to a stray garbage can flying around. I was given a ticket for reckless driving and was treated very unfairly. I highly recommend this law firm! Had two cars racing, pass me on I-75, west Broward county at about 95 mph. Saw the troopers lights come on in the oncoming lanes. I said to my girlfriend, he's got them! The trooper pulls a U-turn in the median and pulls me over! I was doing 80, not 94 mph!. I said to him, why are you pulling me ove...r, what about those two cars racing, he says they where doing 80! My girlfriend and I would have had to take a day off from work and drive for hours to fight this $288. ticket. Sure am glad I called the law office of Kevin Unger. It was dismissed. On Monday, May 20th my daughter Karyn Whitmore was to appear in court for 3 toll violations. She arrived at 1:30 which is generally for Traffic Court only to find that at 9:00am is when they are to go before the Judge for Toll Violations. We went to Rm 260 and were told to go downstairs to reset this... appointment. We waited, then they sent us back to rm 260 and she was told to go to Rm 240 to see the Judge that handles Toll Violations. While there Karyn spoke to the Judge and then we happened to see Kevin Unger who had taken care of a few tickets Karyn has had in the past. He walked over and asked Karyn how she was doing and if he could be of help. She explained her situation. He went to the Judge and when he came back he explained in detail to Karyn what she was to do. Two violations were thrown out and he advised Karyn that the third violation will cost her $136.00. He further stated that she could be set up on a payment plan (as Karyn has done prior). Karyn was so relieved and Mr. Unger gave us his card and said if we should need his assistance in the future, to please call him. Mr. Unger did not have to acknowledge us but he did and was very professional and helpful. Karyn just wants to get her license straightened out and have peace of mind. Mr. Unger gave her that. I wanted to thank him and Karyn also thanks him.
