Biography
In representing my clients in South Florida, around the state, and nationwide for more than a quarter century, it has been my personal policy to go beyond the norm. What that means is that I carefully study the client's situation, engage in a detailed review of the law, and provide the client with the feedback and action needed to move the client towards a positive result. This process continues as I take the necessary steps to resolve the matter. My work in court has been praised by clients, lawyer, and judges. I am proud of the results that I have obtained, and work hard every day to effectively represent my clients. My writing, both court documents and legal articles, have likewise received praise from my peers. I am consistently fair with my clients as to fees, and understand that every client's situation requires custom arrangements. I look forward to continuing for many years to come to help people with legal needs in the areas of contracts, business, and real property litigation, landlord-tenant claims, construction claims, probate, wills and trusts, and association cases.
