If you are looking for an experienced appellate practitioner that is Board Certified in Criminal Appellate Practice and knowledgeable in insurance matters and foreclosure issues, I can be of service to you.  I have twenty-eight (28) years of experience as an appellate attorney and understand how the opposing side and the courts operate and analyze issues.  I worked for the Attorney General's Criminal Appellate Division where I briefed and argued hundreds of appeals before the Third District Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, then clerked for a respected former Third District Court of Appeals judge, 

I have worked as a solo practitioner, as a contract attorney for other presigious law firms,  as in house counsel for an insurance company, and for an insurance defense law firm.  As a member of the Florida Bar, I also take my responsibility seriously to represent clients pro bono.

I will provide zealous and effective advocacy for my clients whether it involves a criminal law matter, an insurance question, a foreclosure issue, or a variety of other civil and commercial issues.
