Jason and his staff have been amazing. The character and knowledge that he and his staff bring is amazing. Highly Recommend!!

The knowledge and capability that Jason and his staff brought to the table is amazing . If I had chosen another attorney I dont know that I would be here posting this review. I can tell you without much detail that my outcome could have been very different if he was not by my side. His staff has alwa...ys been responsive and timely with information. I can without hesitation and will refer anyone in need of help to him. When first we met and discussed my case I was not promised and have never been promised an outcome that was unreasonable. Jason is and remains a straight shooter and will let you know the real deal. I think that speaks for itself.

Case Dismissed

Jason is a fighter, you want him on your side. Hiring him was the best decision I have ever made. He gave 150% to my case and brought me home, when nobody thought that could or would happen.. He thinks "outside the box", he's strategic, methodical, and honest. He's your man.

Impossible results possible with Jason!

Jason Kreiss is the only lawyer I would recommend after my experience with him and his professional staff. His approach to my case resulted in a decision that I thought was not at all possible. In court I knew the opposing attorney was out matched. He never promised me anything, but over performed an...d gave me the best result I could hope for. Thank you Jason for your understanding, your knowledge, and most of all your results!!

Restored my life

I was one of the lead defendants in the US v. Betonsports plc Internet Gambling case out of the E.D. of Mo. I had given up all hope and the government considered me to be a fugitive in CR where I had resided for 13 years and where I was also a citizen. Jason formulated a strategy to convince the gove...rnment to negotiate a plea agreement in good faith by instituting civil litigation against the United States for bringing a malicious prosecution against me. After 16 months and having to make 3 trips out to St. Louis, Jason was able to negotiate my surrender on his home turf in Ft. Lauderdale, granted OR Bond in advance, and my swift removal to St. Louis all in the same day. I surrendered in Florida on Monday and was sentenced by the judge in St. Louis on Thursday. On Friday morning I was on an plane back to CR sentenced to 3 years of unsupervised probation and a $10,000 fine which I have 6 months to pay. This international case, from 2006, charged me with evasion of gambling excise taxes, RICO, Wire Fraud, Mail Fraud, obstruction of IRS laws, and forfeiture for 4.5 billion dollars. The lead defendant in the case, Gary Kaplan, was sentenced to 51 months in jail and personally had to forfeit more than 43 million dollars. His team of attorneys was the best that money could buy. This is an example of big doesn't necessarily mean better. Jason made himself available to me 24/7/365 via email or phone. I have never seen an attorney more diligent than him, and a lawyer who was so devoted to researching a case thoroughly. The judge in the case, Carole E. Jackson is considered to be a very strict judge. Jason and his colleague, Mike Gottlieb, established a very professional working relationship with both the prosecutors as well as the judge. Kreiss and Gottlieb clearly out-strategized the government. Jason was always one step ahead of the government, and was always prepared. If you want an attorney that will dedicate himself to ultimately getting you a resolution to your legal problem that you can live with look no further than Jason Kreiss. It took me more than 3 years to find him, and it was by shear luck that I did.
