My experience with Erik Abrams was great. Process moved along quickly and no issues. From the initial intake, Christine answered all my questions and she transferred my over to Erik. I honestly thought the process would be longer and more difficult. Not here!! Erik reassured me that I absolutely had ...a case and educated me about the law about Security Deposits claims, then got me all signed up. Any time I needed an update for my case, I was provided one and gave me all the confidence in this firm. If there is one attorney that you should go to if your landlord did not return your security deposit, Erik will be your guy. I got everything back in the end and it did not take long.

I can't give Erik enough stars!! After much difficulty finding a place to lease due to poor credit and other personal issues, Erik stuck with me and found me the condo of my dreams. I don't believe there is any other Realitor/Attorney out there that would have put the time and effort into finding me... this place. He is very easy to reach and prompt with following up on calls. He definitely is willing to go the extra mile for his clients!!! He is 100% trustworthy and has actually picked out my last two apartments for me! It's so great to be able to truly trust someone like that! He recently helped me establish an LLC and was very helpful and informative. Not only did he stop the sale, but Erik was able to have the bank approve a short sale. I am now out of the home, and my credit is still intact!
