Helpful and professional!

We had an excellent experience working with RTR regarding our security deposit! The staff were very communicative in setting up our intake and then connected us with Erik Abrams. He explained the process very clearly and reassured us that our case was strong and worth pursuing. I appreciated that he ...was available to answer all of my questions. Our landlord sent our full deposit back before we filed a claim so we didn’t need to pursue a case but I felt reassured and confident moving forward. I highly recommend connecting with Erik about your situation!

Handled a dispute with a landlord with no hassle

My landlord withheld my deposit after moving out, and after months of arguing with them, I wasn't sure what to do to get my money back. I'm so grateful to Erik for getting back the full amount. It was such a relief to let him handle it - all I had to do was provide some documents, and he took care of... it for me.
