This firm was a complete and utter disappointment from the very beginning. After paying a substantial retainer, I received no meaningful legal guidance, no strategy discussions, and zero advocacy. Their tagline paints them as champions for families and “school law experts,” but that is nothing more t...han a façade. Behind the scenes the firm that lacks integrity, ethics, and any semblance of professional accountability. The "attorney" Summer Book assigned to my case was completely useless and evasive. Communication was sporadic at best—vague, unhelpful, and painfully slow. The only thing they were consistent about was at the end, reminding me that their retainer was "non-refundable", even as they provided absolutely no value or direction. The summary of charges were just time spent reading and filing my emails I sent them and no true work was done on the case. There was no urgency, no transparency, and not even a pretense of genuine care or effort - Summer is like a vague robot and lacks empathy. What’s worse is the complete lack of ownership over their failures. Every attempt I made to get clarity or assistance was met with dismissiveness or canned, hollow responses. I’ve never felt more ignored or misled by a professional service in my life. To take someone’s money, offer nothing in return, and then hide behind fine print is not just bad business—it’s predatory. It shows a complete absence of moral compass. I am outraged by how I was treated and will be filing formal complaints with the Florida State Bar and the Better Business Bureau. Do not be fooled by their tagline "School Law Gurus". This firm is not here to help you. They will take your money and offer nothing but frustration and disappointment in return. Look elsewhere for competent, ethical legal support.

I was consulted by Mr. Rossi and was given a price for his services. I asked for a day or two, to consult my wife and maybe see what else can i find near me. When i called his office with the purpose of hiring his services, his assistant tried to charge me by the hour for just asking a question. When... i argued that i had done a previous consultation and all i needed was to speak directly with the attorney i was about to hire, she put me on hold for like five/ten minutes just to comeback and ask to brief my case to them again, through an email, cause the attorney was too busy to speak to me at the moment. I did, but never received a replied from them back. Maybe she made it her mission not to let the attorney see my email or maybe he decided not to take my case, either way, courtesy and professionalism goes a long way. Glad now found me an attorney that is taking excellent care of my case, with regular updates on what is hes doing or his assistants for me.
