If you need an attorney for anything related to the Florida School District or an individual school you should have Steve Rossi on speed dial. He is an expert on school law. He spent 2 hours discussing my case with me (at 7pm in the evening). He spent time going over every aspect of the case, what st...eps he was going to take, and what the possible outcome could/would be. He answered every single question, was attentive, and explained the process in detail. I cannot stress how important good representation is. I will forever be grateful for his advice and knowledge he has towards the laws within the Florida school system. Not once did he bring up a retainer or hourly fees. We recently found ourselves in need of legal representation and I am so grateful to have had Mr Rossi on our side. My 11-year-old son was being recommended for alternative school. I reached out to Mr. Rossi after filing Due Process with Palm Beach. At this point most attorneys would not even speak to me because I already started the process on my own. Not only did Mr. Rossi listen to everything I had to say, but he took on communicating with the district to help guide me on ...what steps I should take next. Prior to consulting with Mr. Rosi I fought so many years to advocate on my own to fight for my son who suffers from Dyslexia and I did not want to lose everything by not having legal representation to go against the school board.
