I normally don’t write reviews, but for what criminal defense Attorney from Fort Lauderdale, Mitchell Polay did for me and my family, while representing my teenage son, I feel like I want everyone to know what an amazing job he has done and how blessed I was for having him represent my son. After mul...tiple attorneys told me that my son was going to face a mandatory prison sentence adding up to many years, and there was no way around, I finally spoke with Mitchell. Mitchell never made us any promises, except for one, he promised he would fight for my son as if he were his own and do the best job he can. He 100% fulfilled that promise, he kept my son out of prison, and made what was basically told to me to be impossible, possible. Through the whole process, I never felt as though I was a client, I felt as though I was a family member, whenever I needed to speak to him, whenever I had a question, he was there every step of the way. If he was busy, he got right back to me. To this day he checks on my son just to see how he’s doing and that means a lot.

Mitch Polay really delivers, I had a recent gun case in which the Judge had increased my bond from 1k to 85k and 24 hour lockdown at home, I was unable to work, go to the store nothing. Mitch was able to get me off the ankle monitor completely even got them to allow me to travel freely in and out the... country on 4 felonies.
