Refuses to return Phone calls. Doesn't text back. Didn't show up for the last 3 court hearings I had. I would never recommend this attorney to anyone who needs someone reliable. If I could give negative stars I would. Sent additional business his way with promised compensation with no return on his ...word. If I was you I would save your money.

Mitchell Polay has not returned any of my calls, emails, letters, or texts in over two years. He was hired and has taken the money upfront and has not worked on my case. I'm not sure what my next steps without reporting him to the bar. I want him to understand that you can't make promises or guarante...es. I'm better off representing myself. I wish I would have seen these reviews first.

Let me say that at first he was very polite and sounded sincere in helping my case. As time passed he became very distant to my phone calls emails and texts.did not inform me of hearings.and would.be agitated when.I did finally get him on the phone. Asked for more money and still has not helped my si...tuation. And now I am in deeper problems then.I was before I hired.him. do not hire this lawer.
