Biography
I was raised and educated in the State of Florida. After graduating from the University of Florida, I attended the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. During my final year of Law School, I participated in an internship at the Broward County State Attorney's office. Upon graduating from law school I was hired as an Assistant State Attorney. Prosecuting all ranges of crimes from Juvenile through First Degree Felonies I quickly progressed to be a lead Prosecutor running a Division. After four years, I was recruited by Adorno & Yoss an international law firm providing a full range of interdisciplinary services to its clients throughout the Western Hemisphere. Adorno & Yoss is the largest certified minority-owned firm in the United States and the only law firm member of the National Minority Supplier Diversity Council's Corporate Plus Program. It is the most diverse law firm in the country. After three years of working at Adorno, I opened Michael D. Weinstein P.A. I utilize my experience and interpersonal skills to provide the very best representation to my clients.

Excellent Lawyer!
I was wrongfully arrested and charged with 2nd degree murder, Michael fought hard to bring the truth to light and have charges dismissed! His assistant Kris was also great!

I have never written a review for anything or anyone, I felt compelled to write this one for Michael Weinstien. About a year ago my son was arrested on 2 counts of battery and 1 count of criminal mischief. One of the battery charges was a felony with up to 7 years in prison if convicted. Of course ...
