Evan Turk was hired to help plan for my grandmother, who was 96 years old at the time. He made a medical and financial plan for her and suggested filing for the Veteran's benefit. Because of his suggestion, she now receives a monthly stipend even though her husband (who served decades ago) has been... dead for over 30 years.
