Michael B. Gilden is Board Certified in Marital & Family Law by The Florida Bar and he is KO’s partner heading the firm’s Family Law practice throughout Florida. Mr. Gilden is also an AV® Preeminent™ rated attorney in both legal ability and ethics, the highest possible rating by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the most widely recognized attorney rating organization in the United States. Mr. Gilden represents a wide-ranging client base in divorce, parenting disputes, paternity, post-dissolution enforcement, modification and other related matters. Mr. Gilden represents clients with complex business valuation issues, as well as sensitive and intricate matters concerning custody and other child related issues. Additionally, Mr. Gilden negotiates and drafts complex Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements, as well as other forms of marital contracts. Mr. Gilden’s practice also includes serving as a Guardian Ad Litem in contested matters representing the interests of children as selected by his colleagues and as appointed by the Courts. Mr. Gilden is often selected to serve as a mediator by the Courts, as well as by his colleagues in efforts to resolve complicated marital related cases.

Gilden is awesome.
I think Michael determination, and ambition is great force of work to serve his clients with the best service. Michael was awesome how he handle the case, but his weakness is he sometimes worry too much about his reputation more than the case. if he feels he is going to lose the case he dumps it befo...

Aggressive, Responsive
I am currently using Michael's services. He has been very responsive and passionate about my case. I am a father trying to keep my son residing with me. In my case we have faced gender bias, and straight up corruption in the system, and Michael has taken big risks to protect my rights.
