I'll start by I can't praise Josh enough for his abilities as a lawyer and as a genuine person. He cares about his clients and does everything a decent person would do. At 57 and having to deal with a few attorneys in my younger years, I didn't like any of them. I would say "I didn't like ANY attorney" because they ALL had the "better than anyone attitude", etc. I ALMOST didn't call an attorney; was just going to Public Defender & plea out because wasn't interested... in an attorney just out for the money when they knew the "End Result" would be the same; however, at the suggestion of my bondsman, I decided to call & talk to Josh figuring nothing to lose by making the call. THANK GOD I made that call in May 2014; With 1 question from Josh I realized it was not that cut & dry; AND, I felt he was being honest, not just trying to suck a client in for money! I hired Josh. Since the beginning, I could feel his sincerity with my case. 1st time I can honestly say an attorney (Joshua Rydell) went above & beyond any expectations I ever had!! I had F3 & M1 charges; March 2017 (almost 3 years after arrest), F3 & M1, was amended to M1 only with 12 mos prob & possible off in 6 mos; total court & probation costs will be $318; AND all would have been thrown out due to the warrant if my employment time clocks had been working both days in question. From the beginning I told Josh I didn't want any charges, that I wanted everything just thrown out like nothing ever happened. Haha, right? Josh was thorough, detailed, creative, exceptionally knowledgeable with the laws (AN ASSET FOR ANY CLIENT), and never in a million years did I even expect the AWESOME outcome he got for me. He is even going to file for early release of Probation to get that over in the 6 months, as well as have the records sealed since adjudication withheld. I honestly can't say enough good about this attorney and how he really did save me from what could have ruined me personally & professionally. Now, after I do the probation and we go back, it will be as though nothing ever happened which is just as good as everything thrown out to me. He is VERY reasonable with his costs which is usually unheard of with attorneys, again, Joshua is just different. He has very rare qualities not usually seen in criminal attorneys. I will and would recommend this attorney, Joshua Rydell, to any friend or family member should they ever need representation with the utmost confidence they would receive the ABSOLUTE BEST legal representation possible!! He is truly the best and I thank the good Lord for helping me find my way to Joshua for help. In a casual night out, what turned out to be one of the worst possible decisions of my life, bringing on possibly long term freedom ending consequential existence for myself and subsequently my family (who by the grace of God were there to support me). The first few days of trying to plan what was g...oing to be my first move was hell for my family and I. Being tossed around and treated like an animal by broward county's justice complex, made my thought process less than effective and the absolute imperative nature to hire an effective counsel is PARAMOUNT. Especially after meeting the public defender who I had no choice but to use at the onset. (seemed to be inconvenienced by my overwhelmed and terrified questioning of him, to tell me what exactly was going to happen to me and the facts of the case. My answer from the public defender was Disturbingly clear I was a dead man if this person (public defender) had a say in it. Almost like he didn't want to be there. I then knew it was not a possibility to let this happen to me without a fight. I needed to retain my own Attorney, a REAL attorney and FAST. I have to be honest, I was terrified beyond words and would not wish it on the devil himself with what my family and I were going through. I prayed. I prayed harder than I had ever in my life. I left it up to god after finally speaking with my wonderful family and amazing wife and went to work. Thats the day God got involved. Thats the day that Joshua D. Rydell walked into our lives , literally at zero hour. Someone that we knew had been personally blessed with mr Rydell's services in a previous, unfortunate experience with the legal system and he could not say enough about how incredible this attorney was and is. I was no expert in this area, so I took the friend on his word and made the call. I COULD NOT HAVE POSSIBLY MADE A BETTER DECISION. My family's call was answered immediately , compassionately questioned about the facts of the case and my status. Not just where I was being held, but how I was holding up mentally. I swear it was like he almost instantly turned things around for my family and I and assured us that there were several options to help ease payment for his services (which was never his concern and im not kidding). In the few days it did take to put this amazing defence together, any and all calls from my family were returned immediately, personally by mr Joshua Rydell with no thought of an impertinent question or timing, but with compassion. (who does this anymore?) . Before I could waist another sleepless night, mr rydell had my case designed with the best expert direction possible . It obviously showed to the court and quite frankly the prosecutor had no idea what was about to happen to their case when he walked in. It showed on their faces. Yes, that day God did get involved. I was facing a grand theft charge, a charge that could have RUINED my life, as I know it. Josh took the time to visit me in jail, set me up with a bondsman, worked around my schedule to set up appointments and never failed to return a call. Even though that was the worst experience of my life, it was... nice KNOWING I had Josh on my side. I would recommend him to ANYONE for any case. True professional, from explaining the law, to meeting with you, to giving honest information about your case.

Josh becomes your fiercest advocate and no matter what tells you what your case looks like bad or good. He will make sure you arrive at the very best outcome.
