Horrible communication. No return emails to questions/concerns, but charged for every received email. Phone conversations consisted of very misleading information. Multiple calls made to her to express my concerns and continuously reassured only to accumulate a huge balance with no resolutions due t...o cost effectiveness. Reviewed something for 1 1/2 years and was charged every time I inquired about the status because nothing was being done. I ultimately contacted the other lawyer and got it done. Extremely unorganized. Did not have staff return calls regarding billing concerns. Once agreed she billed incorrectly and would have her staff take it off, but that was never done. Continued to bill me after I expressed I could not continue to move forward due to financial feasibility. Kept emailing me to re engage which led to additional charges. Requested her to stop working on case to not incur any additional fees. Very frustrating experience. Would not recommend. I had high hopes of her capability when I hired her and was extremely disappointed. Terrible advice with no resolution except a huge bill.

Angela Neave is an excellent attorney and was there for me every step of the way. She was there to listen, advise and helped me through a difficult time in my life. Unable to keep track of key points of my case. Requested from me documents that had been in her posession for a solid week! Terrible communication - did not return calls. Continued to bill me after I became uneasy by all of this, told her to cease working & told her in writing specifically to not inc...ur any further fees to my account. To make matters worse, she completely ignored my written request to review the bill for these unjust charges. Horrible experience!!!

Angela Neave was absolutely the best! She was there for me when my wife took my kids away. She explained everything that we needed to do and was there for me step by step all the way until we signed the divorce papers. I can't say enough, she was always available to answer my questions and she made s...ure I had all the information to make informed decisions. I hope I never have to use her again but if I do, I will not hesitate to call Angela. She is there to work for you not to just collect from you. She eased a lot of the stress I had on me in a really trying time.

Failure to communicate, overbills, entire office is incompetent, failure to return important calls and emails, failure to report important information that can help your case. Does not have the fire in the belly you want and need in an attorney. More worried about not offending judges delicate egos a...nd other attorney, than fighting for you and your case. Just remember they work with these people everyday, and don't want to step on anyone's toes, but you and you case will go away. I would not be taking the time to write this if it wasn't true. I would not use or recommend Angela R. Neave or anyone in the Barry I Finkel firm that she works for.
