I cannot recommend Mr. Parks enough. Facing a 3rd offense DUI (2nd conv) & refusing to blow, my situation seemed all but hopeless. If your looking for a Dui Attorney seriously LOOK NO Further! Mr. Parks and his firm was amazing from the get go! I was charged first time DUI offender and blew a .17 and going into this thought I would never have a shot. I was speeding and was pulled over. The police officer smelled alcohol, gave many sobriety tests, and arrested me for DUI. I blew a .137 and a .142 on the breath alcohol test. This was my first offense so the lawyers tried there best to plea bargain the DUI charge to a Reckless Driving (which I gladl...y would have taken) but the prosecutors would not have it. When we finally went to court, Mr. Parks and Mr. Braxton were fully prepared and they battled hard for me. The witnesses called by the prosecutors did not fare too well on their cross examinations (an understatement). The jury took minimum time returning a "NOT GUILTY" verdict. It was amazing!
