My experience with Frye, Fortich & Garcia has been a very positive experience. My husband and I did our trusts, but unfortunately, he passed away before we were able to implement changes. Ms. Garcia outlined everything that needed to be done for the estate. She guided me in the necessary paperwork ...and completed all the necessary court papers. In the process, Ms. Garcia also caught a big mistake the courts made by appointing the wrong executor. This was promptly corrected. I was advised of all the steps taken throughout these proceedings and told of all papers needed. If I did not have them, I was always provided with help. My questions were promptly and kindly answered. My experience has been very positive all the way through. Everyone in the office is courteous and prompt.

Austin Frye and his team make up a terrific firm. They have handled a combination of Estate Planning, Wills, Probate and Trust Administration for my wife and me, our son, and her father. In August 2021, I contacted the Law Offices of Frye & Vazquez when our Mother passed away peacefully at the age of 103. She had used this practice years ago in writing up her own Trust, Will and Testament. It seemed as though the law staff knew her well as on her 100th Birthday, they sent her a card ...and picture of the entire Frye & Vazquez staff congratulating her on the achievement. For years, our mother told us that when she passed away, we should definitely contact this law office to take care of the necessary documents. Our mother always prepared for things in advance. Once again, our Mother’s advice didn’t fail us. My sister and I worked primarily with Gustavo Fortich and Lauren Garcia. Given that my sister and I both live in Chicago and our Mother lived in Aventura, Florida, most all of our contacts were long distance by phone. Nonetheless, when I was talking to Gus or Lauren, I felt like they were right there in front of me. They explained the necessary procedure in a way that I could easily understand. I’m a Clinical Psychologist with no knowledge of the law when it comes to Trusts, Wills and Condo Deeds in another state. When we later met everyone in person, they were warm and personable, yet highly professional. We felt like the charge was fair, and actually a little less than originally estimated. Everything was taken care of in a timely fashion and accurately done. This was quite reassuring given that it was a somewhat of an emotional time for myself and my family. I would recommended the Law Practice of Frye & Vazquez highly without any reservation. Knowing that we, as a family, were in good hands, made a difficult time much less so.
