My wife and I are both 74 years old, and we felt it was time to set up the proper estate planning accurately describe our final wishes and also avoid paying any unnecessary taxes when our assets are passed on to our beneficiaries or heirs. The Law Offices of Frye, Fortich and Garcia handled all of t...hese matters for us. We had the good fortune to get the proper legal advice and documentation from Austin Frye and Lauren Garcia. They took all the time we needed to clearly our goals as a couple and individually. Not once did we feel that any question we had was too basic and unimportant. The entire experience was very professional and quite comfortable given the subject matter. We even had some good laughs along the way. On top of all this, we felt the fees charged were more than reasonable and fair. We recommend wholeheartedly to anyone who needs this type of legal expertise to consider using this law firm.

The firm kept me informed of progress every step of the way. At no time did I feel like I was unaware of generally the next steps. I was always of the impression that the team had everything under control and never felt like my file might be sitting on the side of a desk somewhere waiting to be atten...ded to. I believe the firm did what was required to get the job done well without over charging me. In other words, I feel like I received excellent value for my fees. As for the interaction related to paying those fees, that was also painless, and I was well informed of what charges had been incurred at any point throughout the process. In August 2021, I contacted the Law Offices of Frye & Vazquez when our Mother passed away peacefully at the age of 103. She had used this practice years ago in writing up her own Trust, Will and Testament. It seemed as though the law staff knew her well as on her 100th Birthday, they sent her a card ...and picture of the entire Frye & Vazquez staff congratulating her on the achievement. For years, our mother told us that when she passed away, we should definitely contact this law office to take care of the necessary documents. Our mother always prepared for things in advance. Once again, our Mother’s advice didn’t fail us. My sister and I worked primarily with Gustavo Fortich and Lauren Garcia. Given that my sister and I both live in Chicago and our Mother lived in Aventura, Florida, most all of our contacts were long distance by phone. Nonetheless, when I was talking to Gus or Lauren, I felt like they were right there in front of me. They explained the necessary procedure in a way that I could easily understand. I’m a Clinical Psychologist with no knowledge of the law when it comes to Trusts, Wills and Condo Deeds in another state. When we later met everyone in person, they were warm and personable, yet highly professional. We felt like the charge was fair, and actually a little less than originally estimated. Everything was taken care of in a timely fashion and accurately done. This was quite reassuring given that it was a somewhat of an emotional time for myself and my family. I would recommended the Law Practice of Frye & Vazquez highly without any reservation. Knowing that we, as a family, were in good hands, made a difficult time much less so.

I write to commend the Law Firm of Frye & Vazquez of Aventura Florida. The firm prepared a will and living trust and other related documents for my Mother. I found their service to be very professional, thoughtful and their charges reasonable. On my Mother’s passing the law firm handled the le...gal aspects of her trust and estate. Again, I found the firm and in particular Mr. Frye and his assistant Sarah Gross, with whom I worked directly, to be knowledgeable and responsive to my needs as I navigated through the various aspects of the administration of my Mother’s estate. I do strongly recommend the firm for those requiring estate planning and administration.

Austin Frye provided legal services to my father while alive and to his estate after his death; when showing the EP docs his firm prepared to other professionals (lawyers, financial advisors, accountants), they all commented that these were the most “tight” documents they had ever seen, as to thoroug...hness and specificity (included the right details) and as to format. During the period when my father was very ill and near death, Austin did a great job of preparing and getting me familiarized with what to expect and the steps to be taken. Over the course of the probate administration, Austin and his team were extremely helpful and patient (even with “silly” questions!); AND our total fees were definitely lower than we expected! I attribute this to Austin and his team’s ability to walk me though completing some of the needed steps on my own, as I desired , and thus keeping our overall billing lower. Austin and his staff were highly knowledgeable and experienced in navigating us through all the IRS court requirements. In addition, my mom met with Austin a couple of times for follow up planning, and she was extremely satisfied.
