My experience with Frye, Fortich & Garcia has been a very positive experience. My husband and I did our trusts, but unfortunately, he passed away before we were able to implement changes. Ms. Garcia outlined everything that needed to be done for the estate. She guided me in the necessary paperwork ...and completed all the necessary court papers. In the process, Ms. Garcia also caught a big mistake the courts made by appointing the wrong executor. This was promptly corrected. I was advised of all the steps taken throughout these proceedings and told of all papers needed. If I did not have them, I was always provided with help.
