Our main office is located in Miami, in the Aventura area, and we represent clients throughout South Florida in homeowners insurance and first party property lawsuits, personal injury, and general civil litigation. We also provide Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning services, small business consulting and general counsel services.

I opened The Dempsey Law Firm, P.A., so that I could provide the kind of personal service and connection that clients need, want, and deserve as they deal with trying times and the legal system.

Attorneys can be fast paced, fast talkers who find it hard to make complex litigation concepts relatable to the legally inexperienced client, and so we try to make sure that communication and explanation are at the forefront of our client service model.

I practice with professionalism, I'm detail oriented, and I place a premium on producing quality work in the goal of obtaining the positive results on behalf of the client, and keeping them informed all the way through.

We also offer alternative fee arrangements and means of representing our clients, as we know that not all clients have the means to obtain meaningful representation in the legaly system. To that end, we accept ARAG Legal Insurance, and are happy to offer free consultations for all prospective clients.

When not working, I can be found spending time with my family and our dogs.
