Excellent lawyer and exceptional human being!
Mr. Kane helped me to "survive" all that went into settling the estate of my late father. I would have been unable to accomplish what needed to be done without his invaluable guidance and assistance.

Mr. Kane was a great adviser.
Mr.Kane was quite considerate and patient. He educated me during the process of preparing the Revocable Trust. I feel that my heirs should be very grateful to him also because his labor would have saved them considerable probate time and expenses. In addition, Mr. Kane has a great personality and I felt comfortable dealing with him. I will highly recommend him.

100% satisfied out-of-state client
Mr. Kane was extremely attentive to our needs. He was knowledgeable, sympathetic, and personable. He explained the process to us in a way that we all could understand. He made us feel completely at ease despite the fact that we had lost our loved one, were in a different state, and completely unfamiliar with Florida probate law. Our matter was closed within his estimated time frame and for a fee that we believe to be reasonable. We sincerely thank him for all of his help and guidance!

Eric Kane is a fair, honest, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Outstanding Estate Planning Attorney
Strongly recommended. Did extremely thorough job on all our legal needs. Asks the right questions and easy to work with. We trust him to watch over our affairs going forward. He even does pet trusts.
