In August 2021, I contacted the Law Offices of Frye & Vazquez when our Mother passed away peacefully at the age of 103. She had used this practice years ago in writing up her own Trust, Will and Testament. It seemed as though the law staff knew her well as on her 100th Birthday, they sent her a card ...and picture of the entire Frye & Vazquez staff congratulating her on the achievement. For years, our mother told us that when she passed away, we should definitely contact this law office to take care of the necessary documents. Our mother always prepared for things in advance. Once again, our Mother’s advice didn’t fail us. My sister and I worked primarily with Gustavo Fortich and Lauren Garcia. Given that my sister and I both live in Chicago and our Mother lived in Aventura, Florida, most all of our contacts were long distance by phone. Nonetheless, when I was talking to Gus or Lauren, I felt like they were right there in front of me. They explained the necessary procedure in a way that I could easily understand. I’m a Clinical Psychologist with no knowledge of the law when it comes to Trusts, Wills and Condo Deeds in another state. When we later met everyone in person, they were warm and personable, yet highly professional. We felt like the charge was fair, and actually a little less than originally estimated. Everything was taken care of in a timely fashion and accurately done. This was quite reassuring given that it was a somewhat of an emotional time for myself and my family. I would recommended the Law Practice of Frye & Vazquez highly without any reservation. Knowing that we, as a family, were in good hands, made a difficult time much less so.

Austin Frye provided legal services to my father while alive and to his estate after his death; when showing the EP docs his firm prepared to other professionals (lawyers, financial advisors, accountants), they all commented that these were the most “tight” documents they had ever seen, as to thoroug...hness and specificity (included the right details) and as to format. During the period when my father was very ill and near death, Austin did a great job of preparing and getting me familiarized with what to expect and the steps to be taken. Over the course of the probate administration, Austin and his team were extremely helpful and patient (even with “silly” questions!); AND our total fees were definitely lower than we expected! I attribute this to Austin and his team’s ability to walk me though completing some of the needed steps on my own, as I desired , and thus keeping our overall billing lower. Austin and his staff were highly knowledgeable and experienced in navigating us through all the IRS court requirements. In addition, my mom met with Austin a couple of times for follow up planning, and she was extremely satisfied.
