Biography
Hello, my name is Ari Good. I am an attorney licensed in Florida and Washington, DC (Washington, DC is voluntarily inactive). I received my BA in Political Science, with distinction, from the University of Michigan in 1993. I graduated from the DePaul University College of Law in 2005, where I published articles in several art, entertainment and intellectual property law journals. I received my Masters of Tax Law (LL.M.) from the University of Florida. I founded my boutique law firm, Good Attorneys At Law, P.A., in 2008.
I represent businesses large and small in cryptocurrency / blockchain and tax law. My cases and clients range from start up technology companies successfully launching crytpo tokens to international companies looking to expand their businesses. I advise payments companies on complex financial services regulation and banking matters, including money transmitter law and Bank Secrecy Act compliance. I develop Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF) policies and help train my clients on how to use them.
