Excellent experience

Gina and her team handled the closing of a property we recently sold. She was conscientious, reliable, and on top of everything. I would definitely use her for all my future real estate needs.

Gina prepared our documents and handled our closing for us.

We found Ms. Blanco through our legal insurance company and hired her to prepare our closing documents for the house we were selling. She also represented us at the closing so we did not have to attend. She was friendly and professional in all our meetings and communications. She explained all the... issues involved and the closing was performed without any difficulties. We would highly recommend her for your legal needs.

Great Service and very knowledgeable

I went to Blanco Law for my rel estate closing a few years ago and now I use their law firm for all my legal needs!! Keep up the great work guys!!!

Real estate investor

I retained ms blanco for real estate services either as an investor or lender on more than 5 occasions and intend to continue hiring her in the future. Not only is she extremely qualified she is very responsive , has a no nonsense approach and get's it done. Her work has always been excellent and sh...e is very easy to deal with.

Miami Attorney, Fraud, Real Estate and Contract Agreements

As a Real Estate Attorney she is great and very thorough in detail. Miss Blanco also represented me in a fraud case which she went up against a big law firm to have them think twice who they were dealing with. No stone was unturned and detailed presenting my case from the beginning to the win of my c...ase. Would highly recommend.
