Georgina is an exceptional professional with an incredible patience and a compassionate heart. She assisted my entire family in preparing our wills and living trusts. Her fees are reasonable, and I have complete confidence in her abilities.

Excellence and Professional.

Ms Blanco is in one word fabulous. We have used her for several different matters ranging from wills, quit claim deeds and closings. She is very thorough. Great Service and very knowledgeable

I went to Blanco Law for my rel estate closing a few years ago and now I use their law firm for all my legal needs!! Keep up the great work guys!!!

Real estate investor

I retained ms blanco for real estate services either as an investor or lender on more than 5 occasions and intend to continue hiring her in the future. Not only is she extremely qualified she is very responsive , has a no nonsense approach and get's it done. Her work has always been excellent and sh...e is very easy to deal with.

Everything you want!

Gina has been my family's real estate attorney for several years, handling multiple closings and consulting us through tenant issues. For the closings, she made us feel comfortable while consulting us through every step of the way. She always looks out for our best interest, is flexible and makes you... feel like her priority. When we had a very serious issue with a tenant, she provided us with great counseling, and thanks to her, we were able to resolve the issue very quickly and with no need to go through a lengthy process. We couldn't have done it that fast without her.
