I worked with attorney Blanco for the closing of my home, she was amazing, responsive, and i felt that she had my best interest throughout the whole process. After checking around to see how a Title Change/Transfer was completed , I found the process a bit daunting , time consuming , and possible quite difficult ... A friend who had closed on a home sale told me that Georgina Blanco was the best they had seen .. I made an appointment with her .. I to...ok everything that I thought I'd need and would have had to chase around town to use to complete the Title change/transfer ... She took the files and said she would be back leaving me in the office .. Within 40 minutes she came back in with the entire process completed .. I signed what she had completed and the process was over. ! :-)) She charged me less than I would have spent on gas driving around and going downtown to complete .. If you use anybody else than Georgina Blanco , you will miss the chance to see a real PRO in action .. Your process will take way longer , and cost way more than just going in and seeing Georgina Blanco .. She IS the Best Ever ...
