Frank Menendez

I was skeptical. Mr Menendez was very professional and informative. Mr. Menendez Was true to has word and was always available when I had questions. He contacted me immediately after my court date and he was always on top of my case. I must confess he was great! I will definitely keep his number ...and pass his name on to other. He made me a believer. My ticket was dismissed, no points, no traffic school, and no court cost.

I had my first traffic ticket ever and I did not believe it was warranted and I decided to challenge it. I had never hired nor contacted an attorney on line so I was not comfortable. After researching I found Frank and decided to make a try. He was clear. professional and was available to answer my m...any concerns. Needless to say he got the job done. I highly recommend his services.

Frank successfully defended me for two tickets I got at the same time and had both ENTIRELY dismissed (meaning no court costs, no points, no traffic school, no record on my license...nothing out of my pocket but the small fee I paid to hire him in the first place). I have previously used other ticke...t defense firms and have never had such a good outcome, with these other firms getting points/school waived but still leaving me with nearly the entire face value of the ticket in court costs. Not this time! Communication is pretty basic for this kind of representation, but Frank returns phone calls and replies to email in a timely manner. Obviously no one can guarantee a complete dismissal in every case, but it's very clear that Frank represents his clients vigorously and is pretty damn good at what he does. 10/10 would recommend and hire again.

I was a little leery starting this process because the obvious disclaimers TicketFit provides make you feel like you might wind up paying legal fees AND getting ticket fees. I was wrong though. TicketFit won my case for running a red light. Frank made the process very clear and responded to my email...s when I questioned where my ticket was in the court queue. I wound up with no points, fees, or a conviction. The fees were entirely reasonable and the whole process was very professional. I would strongly recommend TicketFit!
