I was a little leery starting this process because the obvious disclaimers TicketFit provides make you feel like you might wind up paying legal fees AND getting ticket fees. I was wrong though. TicketFit won my case for running a red light. Frank made the process very clear and responded to my email...s when I questioned where my ticket was in the court queue. I wound up with no points, fees, or a conviction. The fees were entirely reasonable and the whole process was very professional. I would strongly recommend TicketFit!

I went with this practice even though I knew my situation wasn't guaranteed . (I had another ticket I went to school for in the last year). I took the chance and so glad I did as I saved myself $$$. He is direct, honest and dependable. I've hired him to work at least 3 cases for me and all resulted with positive outcomes and any potential fees/ fines were discussed up front with me, so I was aware of every possible scenario or outcome. I would recommend his services to family and friends; and... although I hope to not need his services anytime again soon, I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He usually follows up with an email. I prefer verbal and written communication so the time he takes to discuss by phone and follow up via email is a plus.
