I called Frank at TicketFit after seeing these amazing reviews. My first thought was to call ticketclinic even though I've had a bad experience with them involving more court fees. So, I decided to give Mr. Menendez a try. I was really paranoid and stressed about a ticket I received for going 69 on 6...0 on the highway. When I called him he answered the phone right away and gave me the assurance and peace that he would take care of it. He charges a small fee of $79 and takes care of the rest. He always is prompt to answer the phone and call you back. The day of the hearing he sent me the great news by email that the case got dismissed, no traffic school, points, or court cost. I am so happy and would happily recommend him to all my friends and family.

He contacted me immediately after my court date and he was always on top of my case. I must confess he was great! I will definitely keep his number ...and pass his name on to other. He is direct, honest and dependable. I've hired him to work at least 3 cases for me and all resulted with positive outcomes and any potential fees/ fines were discussed up front with me, so I was aware of every possible scenario or outcome. I would recommend his services to family and friends; and... although I hope to not need his services anytime again soon, I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He usually follows up with an email. I prefer verbal and written communication so the time he takes to discuss by phone and follow up via email is a plus.
