Cheap... Seemed hardworking and knowledgeable at first. But don't give him a case too complicated. I had to keep after him to get any kind of response or information. At the end he closed my case (not dismissed and even though he told me it would be no problem to keep it open for a few months) withou...t telling me anything or contacting me at the end. I even sent an email asking how it went and what the decision was, even though I already knew because I saw it online... Nothing.
