Frank Menendez

Frank is an amazing lawyer who gets the job done, and truly cares about his clients. I personally, have known Frank for the past 3 years and in this time, lets just say that he has helped me on quite a few occasions... (I tend to have a lead foot!) Not only has he gotten me out of EVERY SINGLE TI...CKET with NO POINTS on my driving record, but he has also been there for me as a friend, providing helpful, honest advice each and every time. He GOES OUT OF HIS WAY, beyond what a normal attorney will do, I can attest to this! He has even represented me in different parts of the state (outside of Miami Beach,) and has won my case, every single time. Frank is an excellent professional, you can't go wrong having him represent you!

Frank has done an amazing job for me. He got both tickets dismissed. The first one was going 30 mph with the school lights flashing. The second one was really a bogus ticket. I turned right and there was a no right turn sign. But I had just turned the corner and there were quite a few signs at that... corner.

Frank Menedez fought strategically for my case and my ticket was dismissed. I picked Frank after I was barraged with traffic lawyer advertisings after being ticketed for speeding by BSO (first ticket since 2001 – which was dismissed) He was the only ticket lawyer on Yelp with nothing but positive ...reviews. When I first called him at about 7:45 AM, he answered the phone, explained the process to me and put me at ease. He kept me informed throughout the court hearings.
