An outstanding review is merely an understatement. Randy, along with his wife, Rosanna and the team of Loraine and Elaine showed great knowledge and compassion during this very difficult time after my accident. Randy is extremely well versed in his field and showed great persistence despite the numerous hurdles the opposition placed in our path. I was always dealt with in the most courteous manner by everyone at the firm and felt relaxed about the potential outcome of the case. With the case settled to my overall satisfaction, I can truly say that the Randy Weber and the firm made a heartfelt effort on behalf of me and I am grateful to all of them.

Last year I was struck by a driver on one of Miami's drawbridges. Immediately following the incident, I sought legal counsel, and not only was Randy the only attorney to answer his phone, he went to the scene of the crash that day to interview the bridge operator. He and his staff handled my case swiftly and professionally. I was very impressed with their level of communication and detail - they were always very responsive and took the time to explain everything I needed to know. They handled all correspondence with medical facilities and the insurance company, ensuring that I would receive the maximum benefits. Randy then negotiated a settlement with my assailant, and had it delivered a year sooner than expected. I will highly recommend his services to my closest friends and family should they need them.

I was referred to Randy and his partner Garrett Zediker by a friend when I was in a motorcycle accident last year. Randy is extremely professional and approaches the case at hand like a crime scene investigator! A great negotiator, Randy uses his 20+ years of legal experience to give his clients the best advice and choose the appropriate course of action for the case. Randy is a fighter who will be your advocate and I highly recommend Randy for all legal needs.

I am a personal injury lawyer in New York and I needed local Florida Counsel to represent my God Daughter in a personal injury case after she was seriously injured in a daycare center. Randy came highly recommended and I could not be happier with the result. Randy quickly went into action and we soon received large settlement. In addition to being an outstanding litigator, Randy is also very friendly and personable.

I highly recommend Randy Weber and his firm because they are very good at their work , very efficient and most of all kind , trustworthy and understanding.
I called Randy Weber after I was hit by a truck while I was jogging which caused a bad fracture to my wrist. I had a surgery. He came the same day to my house and he really helped me during all the process ,. I'm Italian and , even if I speak english ,was difficult for me to understand all the legal terms and implications ,he was very kind to explain everything in simple ways to make sure I understand everything right. He even pretend a translator for my deposition even if I didn't ask for .
I'm really happy with the result that we achieved.

Randy and his colleagues were highly recommended by an attorney who is a close friend of my family. From our first meeting I gained my confidence that this team can handle the case. They took the time to listen and understand all the complicated details of the case. The attention did not stop there as my case progressed they continue to follow up and collect the right information and they continued to take the time to sit down personally face to face and diligently go over and explain every detail and how the case would work its way through the court system and they saw it through all the way to a successful outcome. I highly recommend Randy Weber and his law firm and give them a five out of five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mr. Weber and his entire team are very professional and efficient. After my car accident and subsequent surgery, I was very hesitant to even file a claim. I met with Rosanna and Randy and felt at ease right away. I have and would in the future recommend this firm.

In a sea of untrustworthy personal injury lawyers, Randy stands out as incredibly professional, diligent, and aggresive while also being honest. There is no another attorney that will work as hard as Randy and he has great judgment when it comes to evaluating and litigating these types of cases. Highly recommended.

Randy Weber and his colleagues at The Weber Law firm are not only some of the most compassionate and caring people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, but remain the most professional and effective legal force I have ever encountered. I could not have been luckier to have them on my side.
Being a resident of New York City and seeking legal council for the accident in Florida, no one came more highly recommended than Randy Weber and The Weber Law Firm. Immediately fallowing our first meeting together I knew my case couldn’t be in better hands. Randy assured me, that like all his cases, he would be personally handling all aspects of my case. He explained to me that I was legally and morally entitled to financial compensation plus reimbursement for all medical expenses.
Randy went above and beyond to find those responsible for had happened to me and was able to successfully hold them accountable. Whether it was going up against huge manufacturing companies or other negligent individuals, Randy’s strategic brilliance as an attorney coupled with the extraordinary resources of the Weber Law team was unmatched by every opposing force.
I was an out-of-state student going to school in Florida when I suffered a horrific burn incident leaving me with 2nd and 3rd degree burns across my body. It would change my life forever. The fire had left me with serious burn scars that even after multiple expensive and painful corrective surgeries the scars remained visible, itchy and very bothersome. The pain of going through such procedures is immeasurable and only got worse as I had to one to hold responsible for what was happening to me. I struggled with that everyday, being an innocent bystander in the wrong place at the wrong time, asking why this was happening to me; why should my family be responsible for my tens of thousands of dollars worth of medical bills; how is this going to effect my life, why me…
Getting thrown a curve ball like that without warning and having your life turned upside down is difficult at any age, especially as a 21 year old college student with their whole life ahead of them. There is a limit to how much sense one can make in his or her own mind while trying to recover and move on with your life. If it weren’t for Randy and the Weber law firm I would never come close to recovering the life I use to have. Whether it was finding me the right doctors or people to talk to, all it took was one phone call and no matter what Randy was always there to help me. It is his extraordinary capacity for understanding and human compassion, whether it legal or personal that makes him the valuable attorney and friend that he is.
It was fascinating to see my case progress. Watching and admiring, as Randy was able to conceptualize and anticipate every possible argument and potential outcome, from perspectives I would have never seen. It was a process of genius and I could not have been more fortunate and appreciative to have him on my side. What I loved was that depending on how busy I was I could be as involved as wanted to in the day-to-day progress of my case. I was consistently informed about every little development and Randy and I collaborated every step of the way.
Randy’s deep and unmatched understating of the law and human compassion make him and his legal team the strongest, most valuable legal force one can have on their side. Thanks to Randy’s brilliance my case was executed very successfully, so much in fact that its swift conclusion came about without ever having to go to court and every party was still held responsible.

Would I recommend this lawyer? The answer marked above is not just "yes", but "absolutely yes", and enthusiastically so; I have already recommended him, twice, in the last few months. I hired Randy Weber following an accident which resulted in traumatic brain injury (TBI) and subsequent sensory and neural losses.
As soon as I met with Randy and his staff, it became clear that he runs an outstanding law practice and that the long-time friend (and attorney) who had recommended him to me did me a great service. His entire staff is highly organized and responsive, as well as delightful to work with. His office suite is a place where one feels comfortable, in an environment which is well appointed while at the same time relaxed and friendly.
This was a difficult case by all accounts, whose outcome was not initially clear-cut, and where many obstacles presented themselves over time. Thus it not only required a lot of legwork and research on the part of Weberlaw, but it also evidenced Randy and his firm’s superb ability to analyze and use new, complex information, and to adapt to changing circumstances, both during pre-litigation and as litigation progressed. For this client, who admits to being rather prone to anxiety and worry, it was particularly beneficial to be in the hands of an attorney who is highly competent, encouraging and honest about possible outcomes, and whose team was most efficient throughout.
Randy is a litigator, and as he works with his client, his focus is on two aspects: 1) the client’s physical, emotional and financial welfare, to include exploring all possible avenues available for recovery; 2) not just winning the case, but doing so with results that leave the client more than satisfied. It is amazing to watch him in the judicial settings he truly enjoys: negotiation, and then litigation per se. He is able to synthesize on the fly, avoid legal irrelevances and distractions placed in his path , and then deliver truly devastating blows to the other parties. His talent is not simply the result of an exceptional intelligence coupled with an outstanding education, it’s clearly a gift.
There is some sadness in hoping that (G-d willing) I’ll never need a personal injury lawyer again; for me, that would mean the end of a professional relationship with an entity that, in effect, became a second family.
Randy and his team are awesome attorneys and wonderful people; I hope you’ll hire them: it will be one of the best decisions you will have ever made in life.
