My husband and I were on a cruise in September, 2013. We slept in late that day which was the third day of the cruise. We were on the Lido deck for lunch and I stepped on something that was on the deck and I slipped and dislocated my right shoulder. I was in so much pain. I was out of work for 4 ...months. We were told to stay in our cabin, since I was on some strong medication. We got back to Raleigh, NC and were so disgusted about the way we were treated that we decided to get a lawyer. It was apparent that she was working hard on our behalf to resolve the issue without having to go into a long drawn out courtroom battle. After settling she negotiated the charges from the medical bills made sure that medical bills were paid on our behalf.
