In Foreclosure?...Your best shot against the crooked banks

Without hesitation I give my highest recommendation to Bruce Jacobs, my attorney since December 2014. I had researched and spoken with many other attorneys in my search for help in my foreclosure case. Then I heard Bruce Jacobs speak on his weekly radio show “Debt Warriors” every Wednesday at 5pm... on 880 AM. I was VERY highly impressed on his knowledge and absolute mastery of the subject matter regarding foreclosures and the crooked banks. No one better than Jacobs understands how the crooked banks operate in foreclosure cases. For example, earlier this year 2016 Jacobs won a HUGE landmark Ruling here in Miami from judge Beatrice Butchko that has resonated all over the US (Case No.: 12-388811 CA 01) , HSBC v. Buset. This landmark Ruling sets precedent for foreclosure cases especially here in Florida. If you are desperate and fear losing your home in foreclosure to the crooked banks, Bruce Jacobs will fight hard for you as he is doing for me and for all of his clients. For example, after a careful review of my case, Jacobs filed a Counterclaim alleging the following main causes of action: 1. Civil Conspiracy to commit Fraud, 2. Violations of the RICO Act, 3. Mail Fraud and Wire Fraud, 4. Perjury, 5. Others... This Counterclaim was filed March 19, 2015 and as of today (August 1, 2016) the bank (Bank of America) has not yet responded… Jacobs is like a bulldog, a Jedi warrior that doesn’t give up…The banks know who he is… they fear him. If you have read this, I know you are hurting right now searching for someone to help you save your home and find justice against the corrupt banks. Bruce Jacobs will give you your best shot. No one has asked me to write this. I am being totally sincere in what I say. God Bless. AURELIO.

They are Real Fighters!!

I recently had my loan modified on my home and a balance reduction. I have been working with the team at Jacobs Keeley for years now. They have kept me and my family in my home and battled the banks for years. Well we finally won. We received an outstanding modification and balance reduction on my ho...use. I could not be more pleased with the way my case was handled from the attorneys on the case to the team of excellent paralegals in the office. They FOUGHT for my rights. They would not give up and they got the end results my husband and I were looking for. If you want a paper pusher hire another firm. If you was a fighters who are dedicated and passionate about the cause hire this firm.

Beginning to Exhale

I have been trying to keep my home for nearly four years. I have paid thousands for legal "expertise" NEEDING representation like a trauma victim needs a surgeon. I am not an attorney. But I do know how to read . Two weeks ago, I happened to review my court docket. My case had been set for TRIAL. ... The attorney I had hired and already paid $$$$ monthly was clueless. I was just another case to him. I was dangerously close to trial without an attorney I had faith in. I interviewed 3 more attorneys. Not impressed. I thought of a different approach. I personally went to observe foreclosure trials scheduled before a random judge. Random attorneys. Very depressing watching failure in motion with so much at stake for the clients they represented. I do not claim to have an informed legal basis for my judgement. I do not know the "standard of care" for lawyers. I can recognize glaring lack of preparation, legal knowledge with no evidence of "zealous advocacy" for clients rights. Then I saw an attorney who actually clearly articulated his clients rights and facts of his defense. His partner was just as sharp. The bank's attorney was no match. These guys WON the case. I stayed longer. He had another case. The bank wanted to postpone the case. Judge said " NO. Trial NOW ". If I could read minds, I would of heard "Bring it on ". They again prevailed. Case dismissed. Two families didn't loose their homes that day. I followed him and his team out of the courthouse. The lawyer was Bruce Jacobs. His partner Court Keeley. Two days later, I went for the free consultation. I met with the firms FOUR attorneys who ravenously examined my mortgage /documents looking for merits for my defense. They spent FOUR hours with me. Thank you Bruce, Court, Monica and Abby. Mr. Jacobs and his team took over my case two days before my foreclosure trial. They went ready to go to trial. I could have lost my home that day. I did not. My case is not over. But this isn't just a case. It is my home, my children's home , my families financial security. I believe Mr Jacob's and his team get it. I am impressed with FOUR LAWYERS . Someone has contacted me almost every day. At night. Over the weekend. It's personal and they are fighting for my family. I am beginning to exhale.

Not Recommended

I was very disappointed with the office administration which made mistakes on my case and was not aware those mistakes were made. There was a bad outcome. I recommend using another attorney and team.

I really appreciate your comments and any constructive feedback about my firm. Unfortunately, its hard to address your concerns since your review is submitted anonymously. If you are an actual client, I'd very much like to address your concerns. My office does work very hard to help our clients get excellent results. We've just won our 9th and 10th foreclosure defense trials. We very much care that clients are protected. There are too many foreclosure defense lawyers that don't try their cases and leave homeowners worse then when they started. We pride ourselves on not being one of them. My staff is hard working, diligent and fighting for all our clients. Please call me to discuss your case. If anything, I can use the information to make sure other clients get the best service we can offer.

Bruce is a world-class mensch, does not miss anything, brilliant!

Bruce is the quintessential, brilliant attorney. He is extraordinarily bright and caring. I have never met (in my 71+ years) such a sapient and capable fella. He never backs down; he never stops thinking; he's got my finest and highest recommendation.

"I endorse this lawyer. I am a big Bruce Jacobs fan. I've known Bruce since he was a young prosecutor. He was always aggressive, competent and creative but, at the same time, reasonable and compassionate. As a civil litigator defending people who are being foreclosed upon, he has displayed the same qualities. I am fully confident in his legal abilities, have referred both family and friends to his office, and trust him implicitly."

"While initially I came to Bruce as a client (Bruce having helped me with my own foreclosure) I quickly became so appreciative of the work that he was doing not only for me, but for many other desperate people in similar situations, that I signed on to work with him as well. That was well over a year ago and I have enjoyed every day of the battle we fight with the banks to help people obtain meaningful resolutions to their mortgage situations that benefit not only the homeowner, but the banks as well (whether they like it or not). Thanks Bruce for all your help and the incredible wealth of knowledge that you have imparted on what is a confusing and quickly changing area of law."
