Keith Brais, the managing shareholder in the Miami office, is a Florida Bar Board Certified Admiralty and Maritime Lawyer, having practiced in this field for 20 years. In 1991, Keith Brais also acquired his license to practice law in the State of Massachusetts. Before attending law school, Mr. Brais graduated from Massachusetts Maritime Academy (“MMA”) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering. Keith Brais is currently representing me in a lawsuit against a cruiseline. This is related to injuries I sustained while on the ship from a slip and fall. From day one Keith and his team have kept me informed every step of the way. Unlike any other law firm I have ever dealt with, they treated me...

Mr. Brais is very dedicated and a very hardworker. I love his entire staff they made me feel like if I part of their family. I had a great result and I am extremely happy he is now defending regular people rather than multimillion dollar corporation.
"Keith is an intelligent, passionate advocate who produces the highest attainable results in an ethical and professional manner."
"Keith is one of the top maritime personal injury lawyers in America. He is well respected by his fellow maritime lawyers and is a hard-working and skilled advocate for his cruise passenger and crew member clients."
"I recommend attorney Keith Brais. I have known Keith for many years and have even tried a case with him. His command of the court room is very impressive. There are a select group of attorneys that I would consult with regarding martime or personal injury claims, and I include Keith among them."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have know Keith S Brais for approximately 20 years as we both practice in the same field here in Miami, Florida. By reputation and my own experiences - he is a straight shooter. I have first hand knowledge of his excellent skills as trial lawyer as we were opposing counsel in a case that was tried to a jury several years ago. I know him to be well versed in both commercial maritime matters as well as maritime injury claims. I am pleased to have had the opportunity to endorse this fine lawyer."
"Having worked with and against Keith on many admiralty/maritime cases over the years, I highly recommend him."
