Charles R. Lipcon is the founder of Lipcon, Margulies & Winkleman, P.A. - the nation's leading maritime firm. His team of attorneys handle cruise ship personal injury, cruise line sexual assault, wrongful death claims, boating accidents and any other accidents at sea or while on the water. Mr. Lipcon was named "Lawyer of the Year" in Admiralty & Maritime (Miami) by US News & World Report.

Court of Federal Claims, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas, and then U.S. District Court for Colorado. Mr. Lipcon is the author of several publications including "Help for the Auto Accident Victim", "Seaman's Rights in the United States When Involved in an Accident", The Cruise Line Law Reporter and his newest release, "Unsafe on the High Seas."

Graduating from the University of Miami with a B.A. in 1968 and a J.D. in 1971, Mr. Lipcon is a National Merit Scholar.

Wow!

Wow, what a relief! Once aboard my much needed vacation, I had a bad accident that caused me to lose the second half of my cruise. When I got home, I began my search for a cruise ship lawyer. After doing some research, I came upon Lipcon, Margulies, Winkleman. They were so helpful on the first pho...ne interaction and I knew I was in the right place. They were able to quickly resolve all of my issues and I was very well taken care of. Mark Weiner and Ms. Paz were very helpful always available to answer any questions I had. I can’t believe how smoothly everything went and I cannot thank them enough. Now I can finally go enjoy a vacation! Highly recommend!
