Tom and his group at Center for Conflict Resolution have worked at being the best mediators in Miami. They are responsive and respected by parties on both sides. They are often recommended to handle worker's compensation and civil litigation cases. I have known and worked with Tom for in excess of 25...
"Tom Glick is the go-to Mediator in Miami-Dade County for Workers' Compensation Mediations. He is an excellent mediator and extremely knowledgeable about the nuances of workers' compensation law in the State of Florida."
"Tom is a top notch mediator who is passionate about getting cases resolved to the satisfaction of all parties. He cares about what he does, and he is truly a pleasure to work with. I recommend him to anyone seeking a qualified mediator."
"Many lawyers will say that a mediator MUST HAVE subject-matter expertise in the case that they are mediating, but after hundreds of mediations with Tom Glick and his group of mediators, I don't agree with those lawyers! Tom's background in law is diverse, as is his knowledge of the terminology and concepts in many areas of law. More important than subject-matter expertise, Tom has mediation expertise, people-expertise and is keenly aware and sensitive to the emotions that can arise between the various parties to the mediation. He is quick to diffuse "sticky" situations and bruised egos and has no qualms about going down the hallway and even down the elevator to bring a party or attorney back to the mediation table. He cultivates the same attitude and determination in all of his staff and mediators. Without hesitation, I strongly recommend using Tom Glick as a mediator on complex, multi-party cases, as well as simple disputes."
