Biography
I have been in solo private practice for 36 years since graduating from University of Florida College of Law in 1984. For the past 30 years, my practice has been located in the City of Miami Beach, where I grew up and currently reside. Over the years I have handled a wide variety of cases, but now I primarily concentrate on Personal Injury, Real Estate, General Civil Litigation and Commercial and Residential Landlord and Tenant matters. As a sole practitioner, I have to be careful in choosing the cases I accept; however, I remain open to new challenges and will always try to assist a potential client in finding competent representation when a matter is presented to me that I will not handle personally.
